Our Team

Nicole

Nicole Masters came to our practice from South Australia where she graduated from her Bachelor of Oral Health.

Nicole had previously worked as a dental nurse then realised she could make a difference to people’s lives by becoming a hygienists/therapist. We’re glad she decided to become a hygienist/therapist- she is great at helping her patients improve their oral health condition.

Young children and teenagers relate well to Nicole- she can really engage with them and therefore gets good results because of patient motivation. They sense the happy environment she and Maddy create and this makes the appointment more relaxed and comfortable and children/teenagers more receptive to information and education. Healthy smiles growing up = happy smiling adults.  Nicole spent some years after graduating in a great practice in Mildura but now resides in Melbourne.  Niocle is available for school children education and public speaking events for people interested in oral health, like satff at nursing homes and hospitals.

Nicole is busy outside of Richmond Fine Dentistry, being active in the great outdoors and enjoys Pilates and music.
